Ewelme Road
Who runs the world...Girls! This ground floor extension and basement conversion had to meet the needs of its dynamic female owners. They mean business and so does this interior, with an industrial and international edge.
— Jordan and Russell

We opened up the space and gave it a more functional flow with rich colours and textures to bring it to life. Obsessed with cookery and horticulture, we gave this couple’s kitchen a major connection to the lush green garden with a light filled extension made from glass, metal and bare brick. Plants and flowers feature heavily as do salvaged materials, from the school science lab worktops to the modern vintage corner sofa.

Hexagonal shapes of differing scales are a motif throughout, inspired by a trip we made to New York. The Basement master-suite has a hidden dressing room behind the bed head wall of floor to ceiling linen curtains and a walk-in shower made from polished plaster. Pure relaxed luxury.
