Launched at London Design Festival and NYCxDesign
A collection of hand printed wallpapers, linens and velvets created in collaboration by South East London based design practices 2LG Studio and Custhom. Designed as a series of floral textures creating layers for interiors they were inspired by classic florals, re-imagining them for contemporary interiors and architectural spaces. The collaboration seeded itself two years ago when 2LG began renovating their Forest Hill home and discovered a fragment of old floral wallpaper beneath several layers of paint and paper. They shared this moment with Custhom and it began to grow into a full collection as the tiny floral stayed in all of their minds. The desire to find a new perspective on classic florals was mutual and is evident in the painstaking detail of this new collection of floral textures.
Comprising luxury printed wallpapers, linens and velvets in three designs – Forest, Vale and Fragments – in nine colour ways of greens, blues, pinks and greys. Cushions are also available with embroidery and stitch detail that is a key element to the work of Custhom.
